We have the absolute discretion and right to vary, adjust, amend and update the above list from time to time without any prior notice given to you.
Shipping
1. BAPE currently operates with SF Express, JD Logistics and FedEx as our courier service providers for delivery services. SF Express / JD Logistics delivery area covers most of the districts in China, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR. To find out more about the services and delivery areas of FedEx, please visit the following website: www.fedex.com. We reserve the right to change the provider of our courier services for any deliveries.
2. Should no one be available at your designated delivery address to receive the products, and/or if the products are not suitable for delivery through your letterbox, you will be required to rearrange delivery or collect the goods from the courier. All associated costs for such arrangements will be borne by you.
3. If delivery to you fails and you neither re-arrange delivery nor collect the goods from a designated depot within a reasonable period, we will contact you for further instructions. Should you fail to respond, we reserve the right to charge you for storage and any additional delivery costs incurred. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or successfully re-arrange delivery or collection, we may terminate the contract and consider our obligations as discharged. In such cases, we will refund any payments you have made for undelivered products, less the actual costs of return delivery and a reasonable amount as compensation for net costs incurred due to your breach of the contract.
4. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. You are required to provide a residential or business address for delivery purposes.
We ship to you on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and customs duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout.

Lead Time
1. Currently, BAPE offers a standard delivery service. We will deliver the products as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days from the date we accept your order. Under normal circumstances, the ordered products are expected to arrive in 4 to 6 days from the dispatch date (subject to any delay caused by the exceptional circumstances outlined below).
2. If your order is placed after 14:00 on a Saturday or any time on a Sunday or a public holiday, we shall only process your order during regular business hours on the next business day in Hong Kong SAR.

The delivery time mentioned above is only for reference purposes. The actual delivery time shall be subject to the courier companies.

In case of public holidays or festive seasons, the actual delivery time will be posted on the courier companies’ Website.

In case of delivery to a remote area or during bad weather, the delivery time may also be extended.

Should our delivery of products be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you and take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. While we are not liable for delays caused by such events, should the delay pose a risk of substantial inconvenience, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but have not received.
3. We work closely with our courier service providers to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
