Shipping Guidelines
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
All relevant import taxes and customs duties are included in the final purchase price at checkout.
Address Restrictions
We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. You must provide a valid residential or business address.
Couriers
We partner with SF Express, JD Logistics, and FedEx. We reserve the right to change the designated courier for any delivery.

- FedEx: The sole courier for international deliveries. View service areas at FedEx.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your package and it cannot fit in a letterbox, you are responsible for rearranging delivery or collecting it from the courier's depot (all associated costs will be borne by you). If you fail to respond or arrange collection within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to charge for storage/additional costs, or terminate the contract and issue a refund less the cost of return delivery and compensation for our incurred costs.

Lead Time & Processing
Standard Processing
Orders are processed during regular business hours in Hong Kong SAR. If your order is placed after 14:00 on a Saturday, or anytime on a Sunday or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
We strive to deliver products as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within 30 days of accepting your order. Under normal circumstances, expected delivery is 4 to 6 days from the dispatch date.
Important Considerations
- Delivery times are for reference only and are subject to the specific courier.
- Actual delivery times during public holidays or festive seasons will be posted directly on the respective courier's website.
- Deliveries to remote areas or during bad weather may require additional time.
- We work closely with our couriers to minimize international delays, but we are not responsible for customs clearance delays.
- If your delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you and take steps to minimize the impact. If the delay poses a risk of substantial inconvenience, you have the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund for any undelivered products.
