Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days from receiving your order. Returned items must adhere to our returns policy as detailed below. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

 

Conditions for Returnable Items

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged and unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Designer bags must be returned with all designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and must be shipped within protective outer box.
  • Footwear must be tried on indoors without marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
  • BE@RBRICKS are non-refundable due to their exclusivity
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened, unused, and with all packaging seals intact.
  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
  • Due to the nature of face masks, we will not be able to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • Jewellery must be returned in its original condition, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

 

Delivery Costs for Returns

1. For return requests due to quality issues, BAPE will be responsible for the delivery costs. Upon notifying our Customer Relations Department of the quality concerns, you have two options for returning the products:

  • You may initially cover the delivery costs and return the products via your chosen courier service. Subsequently, we will issue you an electronic coupon to reimburse these costs.
  • Alternatively, you may return the products through our appointed courier service, in which case we will directly bear the delivery costs.
All returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt date. Please note, parcels marked 'Freight on delivery' will not be accepted. If a refund is processed due to product defects, we may issue an electronic coupon for US$25.00 at our discretion to cover your initial shipping expenses."

2. If an item is returned to us in a worn or otherwise unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Should you wish to have such items returned to you, you may be required to cover the associated delivery costs.

3. Please note custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

 

Return Procedures

Return requests will only be processed upon the submission of your BAPE purchase list and by following the procedures stated below:
  • Email our Customer Relations Department at cs@bape.com to initiate the return process.
  • Send your returned product(s) to the address provided by our Customer Relations Department.
  • BAPE will conduct a standard inspection of the returned product(s).
  • A refund will be issued should the product(s) be in a satisfactory condition and that you have fully complied with the Terms and Conditions.


Refunds

1. Upon receipt and verification that the returned product complies with our Returns Policy, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days via the original payment method (excluding the delivery fee). This time frame may extend during peak periods, subject to your bank’s processing times.

2. We are unable to issue refunds for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

3. In case of dispute, BAPE’s decision shall be final and binding

 

Final Sale or Sale Items

All items marked “Final Sale” or “Sale” cannot be returned.

Faulty Items

Our goal is for every item to arrive in excellent condition and we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.

 

Disclaimer

1. In the event of a return request due to quality issues (i.e. the products have been damaged or used), we reserve the right to employ either an external surveyor firm or our internal quality-control team to conduct an examination and certification. The decision of BAPE in these matters shall be final and binding.

2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and under the same terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase. Discounts, coupons and delivery costs, etc., will not be refunded.

3. Returns will not be accepted if the product labels have been removed, damaged, or lost. Should any items be delivered without their corresponding hand/garment tags, please notify our Customer Relations Department within 24 hours of receipt.

4. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by us. Ensure that items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. BAPE is not liable for any loss or damage to products while in transit; hence, we recommend using a reliable courier service and obtaining proof of postage. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, you may be required to compensate BAPE for such loss or damage, and a refund may not be issued.

5. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If such items are located and you request their return, we may request that you cover the associated delivery cost.

6. We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
